REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSAL FOR 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-AT-RISK SERVICES ONE-STEP PROCESS

  Evadale ISD will be accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (Texas Education Code 44.031) for: Construction Manager-At-Risk for the construction of various building projects as may be identified by Evadale ISD not to exceed $20 million.

  Qualified parties should provide written proposals to the Evadale ISD Administration Office at 908 FM 105. Evadale, TX 77615-0497, by 3:00 PM July 9, 2024.

  Proposal envelopes should be plainly marked, “Proposal for Construction Manager-At-Risk”.  Faxed proposal are not acceptable and will be disqualified.  Proposals not received by the specified time will not be accepted.  After review of the proposals, selected proposers will be contacted for an interview date and time.

  The Board of Trustees of Evadale ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals/bids/qualifications, and to make awards as they may appear to be in the best interest of the School District.
